WHAT IS AN ORIGINAL ARTWORK ?
An original artwork is a unique creation handcrafted by the artist.
It comes with a certificate of authenticity.
WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION ?
A limited edition is a series of identical reproductions of an original work in a predetermined limited number. Once all the copies have been sold, no more prints with all the characteristics of this limited series (format, medium, subject...) can be made. A limited edition print is therefore a guarantee of rarity, and all the more precious for it.
Limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity.
WHAT IS A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY ?
Original works and limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity. This document attests to the work's authorship, guaranteeing that it was indeed created by a particular artist.
The certificate is issued at the time of sale of the work or print, and must be carefully preserved as it will be useful in the event of resale. The certificate of authenticity cannot be reissued in the event of loss.
For limited edition prints, the certificate of authenticity indicates the edition number, i.e. when the print was made in relation to the other prints (e.g. 12/20, the 12th print in a limited edition of 20).
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CANVAS AND PAPER ?
● Canvas is a support made of fabric fibers coated with a primer before being painted.
All fabrics sold on this site are made from linen. Stronger, less sensitive to humidity and temperature variations than other fibers, it is a guarantee of quality and longevity.
The canvas is mounted on a wooden stretcher so that it can be hung on a wall.
● Works painted on paper are produced on Fine Arts quality acid-free paper, guaranteeing optimal conservation.
● Prints made on paper are made on high-quality Fine Arts paper, specially designed for printing, with a heavy weight, guaranteed acid-free for optimal conservation.
ARE STOCK-OUTS TEMPORARY ?
No, once the original artwork or all copies of a limited series are sold, it is no longer possible to buy them.
Nevertheless, reproductions may be available for sold in a new format or medium at a later date.
HOW TO ENHANCE AND MAINTAIN A CANVAS?
Canvas on stretcher can be framed or displayed as is on the wall using a suitable mounting system (not supplied).
To maintain it, dust gently from time to time with a soft, dry cloth. Never use water or cleaning products, as they may deform the canvas and damage the paint.
HOW TO ENHANCE AND MAINTAIN A WORK ON PAPER OR A PRINT?
Framing works on paper and prints under glass is highly recommended.
This will make them stand out and protect them from dust and stains.
For this, use a mat board (a piece of dense cardboard with a window cut-out which surrounds the artwork like a border and detaches it from the glass) and an aluminum or wooden frame.
The prints sold on this site comply with the international ISO 216 standard (A5, A4, A3, A2...).
Keep your print away from humidity and direct sunlight.
CAN WE ORDER A CUSTOM PRINT ?
Prints are only available in the formats specified on the product pages.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A CUSTOM-MADE ORIGINAL ARTWORK ?
Custom-made artworks cannot be ordered at this time.

Deliveries are currently available for the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
You can pay by credit card: CB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
You can also make a bank transfer by payment link.
What is a bank transfer by payment link? :
It's a simple, fast and secure transfer solution.
On request, you will receive a unique payment link containing all the information required for the transaction. Each transaction is verified and validated directly by your bank, so you don't need to enter an IBAN.
There is no exchange of bank details, offering you the highest level of security.
Payment link transfers are only possible for the following countries:
Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, provided that the buyer's bank is a partner of the banking network used.
For security reasons, bank transfers outside this system cannot be accepted.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
Yes, non-business customers can return their purchase.
To make a return, the customer must notify his wish within 14 days of delivery:
▪ using the contact form on the website in a clear, unambiguous message:
return request / customer's first name, last name and address / invoice number / item name
The customer will then receive a detailed procedure for making the return.
OR
▪ by completing and returning the form in the parcel by post to the address given.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with its certificate of authenticity within 14 days of the request.
Any damage, theft or loss, suffered by the item will invalidate the refund, so we strongly advise you to take a shipping insurance for the return of the item.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded, nor taxes or customs duties for the initial delivery and return.
The refund of the article and the corresponding initial delivery costs will be made upon receipt of the returned goods in perfect condition and by the same means of payment as that used for the order.
