Original artworks are unique works created by the artist himself.
Original artworks are sold signed and have a certificate of authenticity.
A limited edition is a series of identical reproductions of an original artwork in a limited number determined in advance and in the same format and medium.
Works sold in limited editions are numbered, signed and and have a certificate of authenticity.
The artist has the right to make reference prints, known as artist's proofs, to best prepare fore printing.
All items are sold without frame or hanging system.

5- <\/strong>CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY<\/h5><\/div>

The certificate of authenticity guarantees the authenticity and identity of an artwork or its limited edition reproduction.
It will be provided with the purchase of original works or limited editions, and must be carefully kept by the buyer.
In the event of loss, the certificate of authenticity cannot be reissued.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n

6- <\/strong>DROITS D’AUTEUR<\/h5><\/div>

No one is authorized to reproduce, duplicate, exploit, redistribute, sell or use for any purpose, even partially, the artworks or items presented and sold on the jaelia.com website.
L’artiste conserve l’int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de ses droits d’auteurs sur les \u0153uvres et articles pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et vendus sur le site jaelia.com.
When ordering or purchasing a work of art, a print, or a commissioned work, the buyer acquires only the material support, while the copyright remains with the artist.

7- <\/strong>PRICES<\/h5><\/div>

The selling prices of items on this site are in euros (\u20ac) all taxes included, unless otherwise stated, and excluding shipping and customs charges.
Items sold on this site are not subject to VAT: basic exemption - VAT not applicable article 293B of the General Tax Code

For logistical reasons, purchases are limited to a maximum number of items per order:
3 original artworks on canvas, 3 original artworks on paper, 10 limited edition prints
The user or customer of the jaelia.com website must not use a false e-mail address or pretend to be someone else.
Jaelia has the right to limit or refuse an order to anyone at any time without justification, especially customers who do not respect her copyrights, resellers and distributors.
Jaelia has the right to limit sales or services to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction.

Delivery area: European Union
Only the European continent territories of these countries can be delivered.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n

9- <\/strong>PAYMENT<\/h5><\/div>

The only methods of payment accepted are:
\u2013 credit card: CB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express
\u2013 bank transfer by payment link

Payment link transfers are only possible for the following countries:
Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, provided that the buyer's bank is a partner of the banking network used.
For security reasons, bank transfers outside this system cannot be accepted.
Purchases awaiting payment by bank transfer are reserved for 48 hours for the customer who placed the order.

This timeframe is not a guarantee, as customs clearance may delay delivery.

The artist is free to choose the mode of transport, packaging and shipping company of his choice.

Certaines \u0153uvres peuvent n\u00e9cessiter la fabrication d’une caisse de transport en bois sur-mesure, ceci entra\u00eene des d\u00e9lais et des frais de livraison plus importants.

<\/sub>L’exp\u00e9dition n’est pas incluse dans le prix de vente affich\u00e9 de l’article, son prix d\u00e9pendant de l\u2019emplacement du client.
Le co\u00fbt de l’exp\u00e9dition est calcul\u00e9 lors du paiement.

La livraison se fera toujours \u00e0 l’adresse de facturation indiqu\u00e9e au cours du processus de commande.
Jaelia d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas de livraison \u00e0 une adresse postale incorrecte fournie par le client, l’\u00e9ventuelle r\u00e9exp\u00e9dition se fera aux frais du client.
Le client est responsable du suivi de son achat. Si faute d’avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9, le colis devait \u00eatre renvoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l’exp\u00e9diteur, le client devrait prendre en charge les frais d’un nouvel envoi pour recevoir sa commande.
Le transporteur n\u2019est pas tenu de livrer \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur du domicile du client et peut lui remettre le colis au pied du camion ou devant l’entr\u00e9e de son immeuble ou de sa maison.
Jaelia is not liable for delays in delivery caused by the carrier, strikes, customs problems or force majeure.

The customer must check the integrity of the packaging before taking delivery.
If the packaging is damaged, the customer must make reservations on the carrier's delivery note or refuse delivery.
Jaelia is not liable for the acceptance by the customer of a damaged package without reservation mentioned on the carrier's delivery note.

12- <\/strong>RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h5><\/div>

All private customers have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after delivery.
Le simple renvoi de l\u2019article ou \u0153uvre d’art sans d\u00e9claration ou le refus d’accepter la livraison ne suffisent pas \u00e0 faire appliquer le droit de r\u00e9tractation.

Dans le cas d’une commande portant sur plusieurs biens livr\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, ou dans le cas d’une commande d’un bien compos\u00e9 de pi\u00e8ces multiples, le d\u00e9lai court \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception du dernier bien ou de la derni\u00e8re pi\u00e8ce.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items and to orders placed by professionals.

Any deterioration of the items, whether voluntary or involuntary, whether caused by the purchaser or not, which occurs after delivery to the purchaser will constitute a total revocation of the purchaser's right to withdraw from the contract.

Any damage, theft or loss, whether intentional or not, caused by the customer or not, suffered by the item during its return will invalidate the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Any taxes and customs duties applied during the initial delivery and return process will not be refunded.

Jaelia will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy.
The computerized registers will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
In the event of differences between the French and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the French version shall prevail.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
